Amy Oraefo, P.C. is a boutique law firm which focuses on the areas of Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, and General Counsel Services.

At the firm, we offer a wide range of transactional law services including contract review, drafting, negotiation, entity formations, and legal consultation. Our law practice provides its clients with quality and efficient legal advice in order to adequately prepare each client to succeed within one of their greatest assets— their business. Attorney Amy Oraefo is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Oraefo has experience in various business and transactional law matters. Prior to opening Amy Oraefo, P.C., Ms. Oraefo worked as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 company in Cary, North Carolina. Amy Oraefo, P.C. is certified as an African American Business Enterprise, Female Business Enterprise, and Small Business Enterprise with the City of Atlanta. The firm is also certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the Georgia Department of Transportation and a Small Local Business Enterprise with the Clayton County Water Authority.
